"Killing Gatsby" is a gripping graphic novel that delves into the dark underbelly of the entertainment industry,

The novel, based on actual events, introduces readers to the filmmakers, the Cohen and what it's like growing up at the top of Beverly Hills, thinking you're poor. Gatsby, who leads us through a web of plots, cover ups, hilarious stories and the horror of growing up in a society where grown ups will do anything to get the shot and silence the children.

Against a backdrop of moral dilemmas that should challenge anyone's  humanity, Gatsby kicks open  the door on Black slander, the great white hope and the premeditated conspiracy to completely obliterate the Black race as Nazis in Germany tried to erase all Jewish people.  Finally, a white woman steps up to announce that the white conspiracy against beautiful Black people is true and it's time to put a stop to the "white washing of American history ." 

Gatsby's raw account is accompanied by raw and abstract drawings scribbled out with black Sharpie markers on Butcher Block paper. The illustrations depict a compelling and deeply disturbing narrative of survival in a society laced with debauchery and cruelty,  where narcissism is applauded. 

"Killing Gatsby" invites readers to explore the stark realities that lurk behind growing up under the bright lights of fame and fortune.

The book questions the cost of ambition in a world where the line between right and wrong isn't just blurred, it's non-existence. Secrets are the kept both high and low, and the gaslighting of minorities, through the eyes of a white girl growing up at the top of Beverly Hills is truly eye-opening.

Her stories and experiences interacting with Black society as a white child break all dams and all lies, Gatsby announces are caused and perpetrated by racist white people, with a plan and a single minded intention; to dominate, gaslight and destroy.

After reading Gatsby's account, it's clear white people are the most dangerous creatures on earth. Their denial exceeds Alice in Wonderland as they protest their disbelief regarding the reality that one hundred million Black lives have been brutally murdered at the hands of white society over the past four hundred years, on United States soil. The only reason they are not aware of this, is they voted to erase these facts, that haunt them in their nightmares.
